Plain language, no surprises. This policy covers the website at luxablindsandmore.ca and the enquiries you send us through it.
What we collect
When you use the "Find your look" questionnaire, book a consultation, or contact us, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number, postal code, and your answers about the products, rooms, windows, style, timeline and consultation format you're interested in, plus any notes you add. Our website also records the page the enquiry came from.
How we use it
- To send you an email summary of the answers you submitted.
- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange your free consultation.
- To prepare for that consultation (for example, pulling matching samples).
- To keep a record of your enquiry in our customer system so the showroom team can follow up.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are stored in the customer-management system that runs this website. Booking requests made through the calendar on our consultation page are handled by our scheduling provider, which has its own privacy terms. Website images and files are hosted on our own site infrastructure.
Cookies and local storage
The questionnaire saves your in-progress answers in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off; nothing is sent to us until you press Send. The embedded booking calendar may set its own cookies.
